Location: London EC1V / Remote: mostly remote working, meeting with the team in our London office on Wednesdays

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum FTE (£20K – £22.5K actual)

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday (6 hours Tues/Wed/Thurs, 2 hours Friday)

We’ve got the systems, processes and loyal client base ready to go. What we need now is a proactive, detail-driven Sales Administrator to become the backbone of our operations and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

About the role:

You will be a vital and key component in our small team, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. We’re a small (but mighty) business-so you’ll get stuck in with a variety of tasks, all of which make a big difference.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Analyse supplier invoices from our clients, as well as their contracts and supplier pricing schedules
  • Create clear, accurate price comparison spreadsheets
  • Onboard new clients
  • Set client expectations & deliver time-sensitive reports
  • Liaise with clients & suppliers by phone, email & our ticketing system
  • Keep our CRM and databases up to date
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Review processes and suggest (and implement!) improvements
  • Support our Senior EA & wider team with ad hoc projects

You’re the sort of person who keeps things moving. You like getting things done and ticking things off your list. You’ve probably worked in a small business, where you’ve needed to roll your sleeves up and handle whatever’s thrown your way.

We’re after someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with brilliant attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling different tasks & prioritising your time
  • Proactive-you spot what needs doing and just crack on
  • Confident with clients & suppliers, whether by email or phone
  • Get it done – you roll your sleeves up, confirm & agree what needs doing and then get on to deliver it
  • Self reliant – you don’t need a lot of support but are a great team player
  • Tech-savvy (spreadsheets don’t scare you!)
  • Collaborative-you’re happy working remotely but also enjoy being part of a team
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a growing business and making an impact
