Job Title: Sales Account Manager (Business Development)
Salary: £34,000 per annum OTE’s up to 50k Year 1
Location: Shoreditch
We’re looking for an experienced account manager who has a proven track record of working within a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll be friendly super motivated and have and positive can-do attitude (you’re speaking with our clients after all and we want the best for them!) Our customers are used to having an account manager who’s full of constructive ideas to help them get the most out of working with us.

We work with clients across all industries helping them advertise online. We make the most of relevant websites, social media campaigns and create optimised adverts so they’re seen by a targeted audience. That’s only a snippet of what we do and a major attraction is our easy-to-use platform which is a go-to tool that helps with the organisation of campaigns that are ran with us. We’re seeing a stream of clients return time and time again and we’re hiring because of company growth. With big plans for 2023 we’re now looking to hire an ambitious account manager to accommodate a group of clients that need reinvigoration as well as existing customers who need ongoing support and care to maintain our longstanding partnership.
The Role:
Working with accounts you’ll be seeking to create new relationships with clients that have previously used our services looking to cultivate long term partnerships. The workload is busy and varied. Organisation is key with monthly meetings reporting to the business directors on uplifts, renewals and reinvigorated clients. We would prefer to hire someone who has worked within a business-to-business role and ideally has experience in meeting monthly revenue targets. The work is predominantly phone based so your telephone manner is key – friendly and consultative is an approach we’re known in the industry for. You’ll be proactive, an excellent communicator and hungry for success. You’ll be working within a company that cultivates a can-do culture and within a team where you’re continuously supported to succeed.
Key Responsibilities;
- Arrange new meetings with potential buyers
- Management and growth of your own client base in line with volume and revenue targets
- The proactive retention of existing business
- Seek new opportunities with lapsed and dormant accounts
- Respond to customer enquiries and product questions
- Creating tailor made solutions based on consumer needs and participate in the production of engaging proposals alongside the marketing teams
If this ticks all the right boxes here’s some info on what we need from you;
- Must have experience working within a b2b sales environment
- Technological competency in using multiple IT systems and maintenance of CRM’s is key
- Target focused and motivated to achieve the very best of your ability
- To be successful you must have a go-getting attitude, be highly ambitious and have a desire to be the best you can be
- Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills are required to thrive in this position
- Extensive interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mind set are all desirable also
