Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Preston

Salary: Up to £25,000 Based on experience

Job type: Full time – Permanent

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with unbooked pipelines/matters and generating appointments and cash in lead generation

Main Responsibilities

  • To maintain unbooked pipelines and to generate cash and appointments
  • To provide appointment and appraisal letters as required by potential clients
  • Administer and update UNITE/AO and Call Pro systems with appointment and vendor information as required
  • To compile agent details and lead generation details as required
  • Deal with in-bound calls and enquiries
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • Expert in Sales to achieve Deals
  • Chase up Clients re sale and use Sales Knowledge to Close
  • Deliver sales in-line with approved pricing matrix
  • To generate leads for additional business services as per company strategy
  • Generate appointments via telesales activity if required
  • Ad Hoc Tasks

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees and clients both internally and externally to the organisation.
  • The ability to build good strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record of customer service, process and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
  • Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and on your own initiative.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Prepared to work on an individual basis but also contribute to the success of the overall team.
  • Must be flexible with a can-do attitude
