Job Title: Sales / Account Manager
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £38,000 basic + bonus potential
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm
Holidays: 28-33 days holiday (incl. statutory holidays)

About the role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales/Account Manager to lead our sales operations and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a newly created role, perfect for someone with a passion for sales and customer service, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, identify target markets, and define clear sales objectives
- Account Management: Reconnect with dormant accounts, manage existing relationships, and gather client feedback
- Sales Goals: Report on sales goals and performance metrics
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, providing feedback and coaching to drive performance
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly
About you:
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for crystals and the wider gemstone industry
- Full driving licence
