The Role
TNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team based in Welwyn Garden City.
Responsibilities
- Preparing for and managing year-end PCI DSS assessments
- Working closely with internal teams and external assessors to prepare for these audits
- Either managing or supporting the assessment process to deliver by agreed deadlines
- Ensuring that compliance with PCI DSS requirements is maintained throughout the year
- Working closely with Products and Operations to assess impact of product or infrastructure changes on TNS’ PCI DSS compliance
- Working closely with Security and other teams to ensure that key internal controls are maintained throughout for continued compliance
- Raising awareness through presentations on key aspects of or changes to compliance requirements
- Maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and managing the test calendar
- Documenting or updating Disaster Recovery plans
- Performing regular reviews to ensure that plans are kept up-to-date based on identified infrastructure changes
- Building strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectives
- Developing a strong working relationship with internal teams and external assessors to deliver on the team’s objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Degree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISA
- At least 5 years’ experience of 2 or more of the following:
- PCI DSS assessments
- IT/Compliance audits
- Disaster Recovery planning
- Project management
- Team player who can work in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Experience gained in Risk, Security or Internal audit. Experience in payment card industry will be beneficial.
