Job Title: Resourcing Specialist
Location: Banbury
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 pro rata + benefits including family BUPA, flexi pot, 25 days holidays, and contributory pension scheme

Purpose of the role:
- The Company is delivering a strategy to accelerate the growth of their business. To enable the achievement of their stretching targets they need to attract and retain talented people. To support this they deliver an in-house direct Talent sourcing strategy, underpinned by robust selection and onboarding. In this role you will be sourcing candidates across the UK and Ireland business at all levels.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Build relationships with the Partnering team and hiring managers to gain clear role requirements and ensure you are sourcing the right candidates
- Visit offices in the UK to build relationships and understand the local environments
- Source candidates using multiple channels to achieve 100% direct hires for junior and high volume roles; including job boards, LinkedIn, social networking and search skills
- In addition, for senior or complex roles, manage relationships with third party providers – to be as cost effective and value adding as possible
- Manage the sifting process, including analysis of applications and telephone or online interviews to devise your recommended shortlist of candidates for hiring managers
- Support managers, where necessary, with the selection process, coaching them to manage an interview, select appropriately, as well as sell the brand and be legally compliant throughout
- Ensure the SuccessFactors system is continually up to date for your vacancies and candidates
- Be commercially savvy; demonstrating cost and time reduction as well as quality and diversity of hires
- Meet the Partnering team regularly to ensure Resourcing and Partnering are aligned with the status of vacancies
- Produce appropriate reports to support the measurements and cost focus of the business

The Candidate:
Overview:
- You will be a results orientated, customer focused, direct sourcer. Personable and with great communication skills, you will be able to deliver a professional, high quality, direct sourcing service, understanding the need to closely monitor spend and reduce business costs whilst supporting the business to select high quality candidates.
- You are likely to have come from an in house recruitment team or from a first class recruitment agency.
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
- Previous resourcing experience, recruiting at all levels of the organisation
- Experience of using multimedia tools to increase direct hiring
- Strong search experience
- Excellent communication skills; active listening, questioning, challenging
- Excellent service and relationship building skills
- Commercial/financial acumen; can bring the outside in and make business decisions
- Analytical and insights skills
- Strong organisational skills
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified or studying towards
- Recruitment qualification
