About the Role
As a Resource Planning Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating, planning, and administering processes related to onboarding new employees (joiners), transitioning existing employees (movers), and facilitating the exit process for departing employees (leavers). In addition to this, you will also be responsible to the administration of rosters within our Time & Attendance system. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with strong organisational and communication skills, possessing a deep understanding of the company’s values and core competencies.
This is an office-based position (LE1 3WL) and working hours are Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Process: Coordinate and execute the JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) process ensuring that new employees receive a smooth induction, and departing employees complete the necessary exit procedures
- Resource Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling of resources to maximise utilisation and maintain optimal staffing levels. Ensuring our Time and Attendance system is updated and in line with agreed rosters
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all employees, ensuring that the data related to joining, moving, or leaving is accurate and updated inline with both internal and client SLAs
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless JML process. Coordinate with respective teams for allocation and return of company assets
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that the latest technological solutions are incorporated within both the JML and resource planning processes
- Report Generation: Produce regular reports on resource allocation, employee transitions, and other relevant metrics
About You
- 1 years’ experience in HR administration, resource planning, or a similar role
- Familiarity with HR systems and resource planning tools
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
