Job Title: Residential Property Legal Executive.

Salary: £30k – £40k per annum DOE

We have a specialism in Sports Law which supports all types of sports.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Legal Executive. We have a strong culture at EH and we value our team, we work collaboratively to support each other. Joining our busy Property team, our new Residential Property Legal Executive will have their own case load, and experience in the following areas:
- Purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property.
- Proven experience within new builds and leasehold purchase/sales,
- Remortgage of property
- Transfers of equity.
And:
- Strong communication skills and will be experienced managing multiple cases.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and ALB case management system (training will be provided as appropriate)
- Communicate complex legal matters in everyday terms.
