Job type: Full Time, Permanent role, 25 – 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
Due to our on-going success and continual growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a proven and highly successful individual to join our existing Sales team.
Do you have a proven track record in face-to-face sales, consistently delivering to set targets in a busy sales environment. If you can present to clients, with great influencing skills and undertake leading key and complex negotiations we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities of an Associate Director:
- To provide an exceptional service to potential clients.
- To negotiate marketing fees and terms of business
- Secure the clients instructions to act as their broker in the sale of their business.
- To achieve and exceed company targets.
- To generate additional business through professional contacts and networking within your territory
Essential Skills required for an Associate Director:
- An energetic, motivated and articulate team player
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, employees and clients both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of working to targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage own time and plan short, medium and long term.
- Clean full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills required for an Associate Director:
- Ability to understand Financial Statements and profit drivers of a business.
- Proven track record of success within a sales environment.
- Results driven with previous evidence of consistently over exceeding targets in a sales driven environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable adapting to different levels of presentation, i.e. sole traders through to board level
Work will cover South East England.
