Job Title: Regional Engineering Supervisor

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

The Position:
As a Regional Supervisor, your role will be to assist in ensuring statutory, company and contractual compliance with regards to the delivery of engineering across contracts while offering demonstrable value. As an inspirational, people focused team member you will fulfil the role of supervisor to a team of engineers to ensure engineering standards and outputs are achieving company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Engineering Manager and work as part of the wider Engineering and Ascot team to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained
- Provide support/inspiration to a team of engineers in line with the company and contract operational plans
- Provide engineering support to other departments within the company
- Ensure effective communication within the various Ascot Services departments including engineering resources
- Constructively participate in colleague/client meetings as required
- Carry out planned site inspections/audits of the work place to ensure that Technical and QHSE Standards and other legislative requirements are in place, up to date and meet statutory, company and contractual requirements at all sites
- Develop knowledge and understanding from a hard services point of view of the buildings under your responsibility
- Attend sites as required by the relevant departmental teams to assist with reviewing and resolving engineering tasks (Planned, Reactive, Remedial, Extra Works, Projects)
- Provide Asset Management of plant/equipment on sites under your responsibility
- Ensure site documentation (drawings, plant, schematics, certificates) are correct and up to date
- Proactively develop site documentation to assist with ongoing and future building/asset management
