Job Title: Recycling Advisor

Salary: Circa £22,000 + Bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

An ethical, fast-growing recycling and resource management company with a team of exceptional people, Paper Round, are looking for a Recycling Advisor. Join us, during an exciting period of change and growth, and play an integral part as part of our team.
As our Recycling Advisor you will work in our commercial team to bring on new clients and advising them on recycling solutions.
You will be responding to clients from a variety of sectors and showing them why choosing Paper Round is the most sustainable option for their recycling and waste management as well as running internal sales campaigns to source and convert new leads into clients.
The role will see you selling services over the phone as well as booking appointments, attending face to face meetings and industry events. We are looking for a confident, engaging individual who is keen to build a career in sales and save the planet. Are you up for the challenge?
Responsibilities:
- Working in the commercial team to win new clients from inbound enquiries
- Running sales campaigns to potential businesses and converting these into clients
- Working closely with clients to ensure they understand the breadth of services we can offer and are taking advantage of all of them
- Making appointments and preparing quotations
- Report activity within CRM
About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to adapt your approach and style to appeal to a range of people
- Great listening skills with the aptitude to understand and take on board the issues potential customers face and present them with the correct solution
- A real hunger to build a career in sales and business development
- Confidence when meeting new people and forming relationships
- Knowledge of CRM preferable
- Ability to be highly autonomous and self-motivated with a genuine passion to aim high and achieve the best results
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite, with advanced knowledge of excel being a bonus
