Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 pro rata
Job type: Part Time hours (Negotiable, between 20 – 30 hours a week) Term time plus 15 additional days

The Role:
NCEA Trust has a rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our busy team at its head office in Ashington.
Reporting to the Director of HR the successful candidate will focus on providing a full range of recruitment services in all areas of the Trust, with a strong focus on identifying internal talent. The successful candidate, with support from the HR business partners will ensure a strong supply of talent for front line roles and deliver an exceptional candidate/new employee experience.
You will work as part of the HR team in the provision of a comprehensive HR service at NCEA Trust. You will support the Team to consistently provide high quality professional advice and support to recruitment managers.
Responsibilities:
- Support business areas by considering internal talent ensuring all roles are appropriately advertised to reach internal colleagues.
- Understand diversity profile and ensure all shortlists are as diverse as possible.
- Develop innovative and cost-effect advertising.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered to all candidates.
The Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Level 5 Diploma or equivalent
- Generalist HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and tactfully deal with issues
- Ability to remain positive under challenging circumstances
- A strong work ethic and an ability to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
