About the Role:
Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an Recruitment Resourcer to provide a proactive recruitment service and make an impact in shaping our business’ success. You will be part of our Recruitment team which sits within the wider HR function and will play a key part in the delivery of recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
You will:
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders: adopting a consultative approach to stakeholder management, partnering with them to assess recruitment requirements
- Be Pro-active: Actively seek new ideas to attract candidates e.g., networking, talent pipelining to ensure we have qualified candidates ready for when vacancies arise
- Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: CV Screening, Shortlisting candidates, Interviews, Offering, Onboarding etc.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work alongside your Hiring Managers to select the best talent, positively challenging them when required
- Be creative: Write job adverts that align with our Employee Value Proposition to attract suitable candidates
- Accuracy: Record and manage candidate data to ensure its correct on all documentation
- Networking: Attend events such as Job Fairs, Webinars, Recruitment ‘Best Practice’ events to continuously learn and share knowledge with the business
- Supporting the wider HR Team with various HR projects
- Assist with inductions, onboarding, offer letters and new starter checks such as Right to Work and DBS checks
About You:
- Ideally, 1-2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced Recruitment function
- Experienced using an ATS system to coordinate vacancies, candidates, and recruitment data
- We want you to bring a dynamic, creative approach to recruitment with new ideas that improve our business
- Knowledge of Recruitment Legislation (Right to Work in the UK Documents, Working Hour regulations
- Recruitment Diploma or CIPD is desirable (or willing to work towards in the future)
- Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
