We currently have an opportunity through our temporary staff bank for a Recruitment Officer within the busy and dedicated recruitment team that strives to provide an excellent candidate and manager experience. We provide great support, welcome new ideas and work with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to deliver service improvements.
About the Role
You will support the delivery of a timely, efficient end-to-end recruitment service, including initial advice and best practice guidance, from advert preparation through to conditional job with support to hiring managers and candidates during the process.
Managing a busy workload, you will prepare recruitment documentation in line with corporate standards and NCC Recruitment Policy. You will ensure adverts are placed in the most appropriate media by the required deadlines and use direct attraction methods to identify suitable candidates for open vacancies and manage candidate pipelines through our recruitment portal.
About You
You will possess previous recruitment experience, preferably gained in-house and have a drive for ensuring candidates receive an exceptional service.
You will have a positive team approach, be solution focussed, adaptable to change, confident using social media channels and working with a range of different systems/databases.
You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
