High Society is a staffing agency that provides part-time bar and waiting staff for fantastic events in London. We have a friendly and welcoming office team managing the recruitment, operations of the company and the well-being of our staff. We have built an excellent reputation over 25 years and would love to welcome you on board.
We are now looking to find a Recruitment and Marketing Assistant join our dedicated and friendly team at High Society. Within this role you will be expected to work closely with the other Recruitment and Marketing Assistants and the Recruitment Manager to aid with the onboarding of staff as well as training and updating staff profiles. We are now heading into a new era of events and are looking to recruit a hard-working individual to help with our upcoming busy schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Checking, recording and filing paperwork for new employees and leavers
- Assist in staff training and events
- Looking for new advertising opportunities to attract new recruits
- Responding and dealing with staff queries whilst also providing support
- Meeting staff on events and providing feedback or reporting on any issues
- Support the day-to-day running of our office and assist with other activities and projects as required
- Work with the wider marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and advertising activities
- Working occasional weekends during extremely busy periods
- Ensure the different websites are accurately updated and maintained
- Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Aiding in growing the company’s presence on social platforms, ensuring a consistent supply of high quality and engaging digital content

Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in an office/admin role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Access and Excel
