Recruitment Coordinator
Role
Express Solicitors are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our well established, recruitment team. We are looking for an experienced administrator or secretary to be the hub of our in-house team. We are a small, but busy team and this new role will be pivotal in bolstering our existing team’s potential. The role is one to make your own as we will value your ideas and improvement suggestions. Your fine attention to detail will ensure our standards remain high and we continue to deliver an excellent service. You will support our recruiters with various admin related tasks, be the first point of contact for candidates and help to manage the Team’s resources. The right attitude is key to us, we are looking for someone who loves to organise and is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Job Description
- First point of call for recruitment team.
- Sending out interview invites & confirmations.
- Managing job boards & recruitment portal
- Confirming interviews (Phone & Text)
- New Stater Liaison
- Updating Candidate Tracking Systems
- Fair & Events bookings
- Managing recruitment team’s calendars
- Dealing with invoices & rebates
- Managing recruitment inbox
- Gather market intelligence
- Help with project work
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Person Specification:
Required Attributes
- Experienced administrator or secretary
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach
- Able to act upon own initiative but take direction from management where appropriate.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality – tact and discretion are essential.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Competent with all Microsoft processes

Salary, Working Hours and Holiday Entitlement
- Salary for this role will be up to £25k pro rata depending on experience
- Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
- Hybrid options will be discussed upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
- 23 days holiday per annum, (3 of these are reserved for Christmas closure of the office) plus bank holidays, rising by one day per to a maximum of 26 days
