Salary: £23,144 – £24,948
Job type: Full Time – 6 months Fixed-term contract.

The Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator on a fixed term hybrid working basis to help the HR department to support the University’s growth, which is focused on continuing to deliver high-quality education and an excellent student experience, whilst aligning more closely with the University’s Citizen Student Strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Experience in recruitment; either internal or for a recruitment company.
- Clear communication skills
- Innovative
- Self-motivated
- Highly service driven
Main Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Working with Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate upcoming recruitment.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting recruiting managers to do the same.
- You will provide support to new recruiting managers imparting guidance and expertise around processes and the candidate experience.
- Providing advice to recruiting managers on advertising options and ways to best attract the right candidates.
- Play a critical part in ensuring the university is Fair, diverse, welcoming and inclusive while maintaining high performance.
