The Role:
We are seeking a Talent Partner who will be pivotal in driving our recruitment strategies and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment and a keen ability to manage and maintain a thriving talent pool. This role is crucial for supporting the growth and future success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
- Oversee and enhance current apprenticeship programs and develop new programs to build future talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to align recruitment and training strategies.
- Drive graduate recruitment campaigns by attending events and forging partnerships with top universities across the UK.
- Enhance our employer brand and drive recruitment efforts through social media and external campaigns.
- Stay abreast of market trends and generational culture changes to ensure our recruitment strategies are innovative and effective.
- Report to the Head of People and work in close collaboration with the wider People Services function.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities to attract and retain top talent internationally.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Desired experience recruiting overseas.
Knowledge
- Strong experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for recruitment or brand building purposes.
- Deep understanding of market trends and generational culture shifts.
- Experience and sound knowledge/understanding of working visas and sponsorship licenses would be a great advantage, but equally, we welcome someone with a passion for process, an eye for detail, and eagerness to learn.
Skills:
- Self-starter with an engaging nature, capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking and presentations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable building and creating databases to drive decision making to ensure we are targeting the right things at the right time, in the most effective ways.
