Job Title: Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator (Internal Recruitment Team)

About the role:
With the recent expansion, SYNLAB UK now has an opening for a Recruitment Administrator/ Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition Team.
This position would suit someone who is a self-starter with strong organisational skills. It is home-based, with the occasional visit to our offices (based in London, Essex or Cardiff).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing job advertisements on the SYNLAB Career’s Page, NHS Jobs and other job boards
- Monitoring Company Email and responding to queries
- Registering candidates onto a system
- Help screen applications and create a longlist for the Talent Acquisition Team
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team in developing and shaping the internal recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing various administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and recruitment tracker
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team on all recruitment needs
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment agencies
Essential Skills and Experience:
- GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) with good numeracy and literacy skills, with evidence of relevant professional development
- Previous administration experience (preferably in an recruitment environment)
- Demonstrable experience in a demanding, deadline orientated, customer focussed role
- Understanding of innovative and creative ways to attract talent
- Highly organised with proven time-management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise own workload
- Ability to build positive relationships with managers and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High standard of verbal and communication skills and ability to generate own correspondence and reports
- Adaptable, flexible and innovative approach to work
- Intermediate standard use of Microsoft applications and packages
