About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Support to join our Head Office in West Malling, Kent. This role provides a reception and facilities service for Head Office, and administration support to the Business Support Manager and the Woodgate & Clark Ltd nationwide offices.
Key Duties:
- Provide high level corporate concierge service
- Keep reception area and meeting rooms tidy, stocked, and ready for use at all times
- Manage meeting room and hot desk bookings, meeting room set up and hospitality to include refreshments and catered lunches where required
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on the central hunt group
- Sort, scan and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Book couriers and collections
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Issuing access passes to new staff
About you:
You will have previous experience working as a receptionist or front office representative or similar business support role, gained within a corporate environment and ideally within the insurance or financial service sector.
You’ll need exceptional customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, a happy disposition and a smart, professional appearance as first impressions are vitally important in the service sector.
