Job Title: Receptionist / Funeral Administration
Location: Fleetwood, Lancashire
Salary: £15,000.00 – £18,000.00 depending on experience, plus bonus & additional payments
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours a week)
For 30 years, they have served the local people of Thornton-Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Bispham and the Fylde Coast. As a well-established funeral directors, they offer funeral planning services and they work with client families to effectively identify their needs and assist them during a difficult time through the organisation of funeral services.
They provide a personal family orientated service with care and compassion whilst maintaining high standards and professionalism. They pride themselves on their status as a fully qualified, truly independent funeral director – one of the very few on Fylde Coast.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Empathy and patience to listen to clients who could be in distress
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Competence when using administration tools such as Microsoft Office applications and e-mail
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a busy office environment
- Effective team working skills and a sense of unity with the staff, visitors and clients
- Comprehensively explain and show their services and products to new potential clients and visitors
Key requirements:
- Experience as an effective team member
- Able to use your own initiative to complete a task
- Approachable and comforting disposition towards clients
- Basic computer skills
- Take accurate records of phone and e-mail enquiries and resolve efficiently
Working Hours:
40 hours including lunch and breaks, Monday to Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm
