Job Title: Receptionist / Visitor Management Assistant

Salary: Up to £18,000 DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus

The Company is the UK’s leading independent provider of fleet incident management and specialist vehicle recovery. They are now seeking an organised and independent individual to join their reception team.
Job Role:
Representing the front of house function, you will have excellent relationship building skills and working closely with the existing Facilities team, ensure that a first class visitor experience is received by both internal and external customers. You will have exceptional organisational skills and work efficiently with your team.
Reception duties
- Dealing with incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings including ordering buffets.
- A range of other administrative duties including opening and franking post and ordering stationary.
Facilities duties
- Working as part of a team on the helpdesk to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Assisting to ensure the maintenance of the building remains legally compliant, by arranging for contractors to attend on site.
- Supporting the head of visitor management to ensure the environment certification is maintained to include checking supplier’s credentials, providing data for management review.
- Organising and managing spreadsheets for onsite car parking, first aid and fire training.

With exceptional organisation skills and the ability to think on your feet you will be able to manage multiple tasks with a composed confidence that will enable you to proactively manage problems before they arise.
