Permanent Contracts. Full Training provided.
Expectation of working hours – All rotas include alternate weekends and bank holidays
Do you enjoy helping people and making a real difference to people’s lives?
Our Service provides immediate short term integrated support during the day for people to stay safe and well at home wherever possible. You will assist them to regain skills they may have lost following an illness or hospital admission. We are looking for:
Cromer and Mundesley Area (27.75 and 30 hrs per week)
Eaton/Lakenham (30 hrs and 27.25 hrs per week)
North Norwich Area (30 hrs and 27.75 hrs per week)
South Norwich Area (30 hrs per week)
Fakenham (24.75, 27.75 and 30 hrs per week)
As a Reablement Support Worker, you will support people in their own home with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence. The role is varied and busy and no two days are the same – you will feel a great sense of achievement and will be the person who genuinely makes the difference to someone’s life.
