Job Title: Quality & Materials Manager
Location: Coalville (Occasional UK travel)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year

What we are looking for:
- Experience of product testing ideally in the packaging industry
- Experience of quality systems and root cause analysis
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ideally CAD and design skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading material (paper and board) performance improvement program
- Responsible for Lab team and workload management
- Supporting investigations into customer complaints
- Ensuring facilitation of customer requirements
