Job Title: Quality & Performance Manager
Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year (experience dependent)
Job type: Permanent, Full time.

This role will report into the Head of Operations and is an integral role within the business, critical to the fulfilling the company’s growth aspirations and desire to be ‘best in class’.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor, collate and analyse productivity statistics and distribute to engineers, supervisors, and senior management.
- New Starter onboarding, inductions & training administration.
- Standpipe contract administration, coordination and compliance.
- Provide updates to clients in respect of work carried out by gangs deployed.
- Liaise with and aid operations team in respect of daily deployment of gangs.
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the Operations team and wider business.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Solid Microsoft application and system skills, including Excel.
- Confident in communicating with different levels of personnel.
- Attention to detail and intuition for problem solving and methodical thinking.
- Previous exposure to the telecommunications industry advantageous but not essential.
