Job Title: Property Manager / Property Administrator

Location: Acton, London W3 6AH

Salary: £27,000 to £33,000. This company is not shy in paying more for the best. A strong work ethic is required and in return you will be rewarded year on year

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 3pm on Saturdays. We can accommodate flexible / reduced working hours.

We are a well-established independent firm of Estate Agents based in Acton, West London who cover lettings, management, sales, commercial property and development work. We require a Property Manager. We are fast paced. We are dynamic. We are a company that likes to evolve, adapt and transform; we are constantly looking for ways to improve and excel.

The role:

  • To be the point of contact between landlords and tenants throughout tenancies.
  • Process all relevant notices and notifications
  • To provide impartial and fair advice based on industry guidelines.
  • Coordinate contractors to address maintenance issues and arrange property improvement.
  • Coordinate purchases, deliveries, exchanges and removals.
  • Agree renewals and draw up contracts accordingly.
  • Propose, negotiate and agree deposit deductions based on dilapidation’s.
  • Arrange Gas Safety inspection, boiler services and all other compliance requirements.
  • Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (ARLA)

About you:

To apply, you should have at least 1 years’ experience from a residential lettings firm/department or estate agency. You are expected to have a good eye to detail, be accurate and numerical as well as a good team player being able to work independently.
