Viridian Apartments is regarded as a leading provider of serviced short-term apartments for business travellers, leisure travellers and all other types of stays. We are now recruiting for a Property Manager/Concierge to look after our newly refurbished building in Hemel Hempstead
About the role:
This is a pivotal role within the community of the building; therefore, we are looking for an individual with a provable background in forming relationships, building confidence and ensuring our guests receive a high standard of customer care. This is a first point of contact role, so you should be able to make decisions swiftly and be comfortable with procedures and high level of detail.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the building runs seamlessly, ensuring all areas are well maintained, service providers are managed, and compliance is achieved throughout.
The position also encompasses assisting our guests with check in/out procedures, ensuring they are well settled and involvement in events and initiatives.

Please note this role is based on a 4 day on, 4 day off rota basis, working 8am-8pm.
