Job Title: Property Maintenance Multi-Skilled Trade
Location: Lowestoft / Woodbridge
Salary: £150 a day with £20 fuel allowance.
Job type: Full Time, Self-Employed & Permanent. A sign written van will be provided FOC, along with uniform. You will be expected to provide your own tools.

Westone Housing is Nationwide Building contractor, experienced across various construction sectors, our recent influx of work has led us to expand our team and recruit new Installers.
Currently we have multiple long-term contracts which require servicing, with a fair & transparent approach, whilst offering competitive rates of pay, our company is passionate about delivering the best possible service and product to the client base, whilst looking after our workforce.
All materials are provided to complete the projects and can be either collected from our depot or delivered directly to site.
About the Role:
Do you have previous experience in Social Housing? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for an enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Operative that wants to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.
We’re currently seeking to employ several Multi-Skilled Operatives to service our damp and mould contract. The successful applicants will be reliable, diplomatic, and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience in the general building trades.
Works expected to be completed include:
- Plastering
- Decorating
- Carpentry
- Mould Clean (Prior to the above)
You will work closely with a designated project manager who will keep a shared diary up to date with all jobs required to be completed each day with all relevant information.
