Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: £18,000 per annum + Commission

Our staff consist of local people with extensive local knowledge guiding buyers, sellers, landlords and renters to move in or move out of their homes. We utilise the latest technology to share our property data across our network of offices – getting our latest listings to market across varied platforms and ensuring maximum exposure of the varied homes we offer for sale or to rent.
The Role
You’ll be:
- Working in our busy Middlesbrough Branch as part of a growing lettings department
- Assisting in the management of over 650 properties and co ordinating thir maintenance needs
- Dealing with incoming raised maintenance issues both through online submission and by telephone, communicating with a register of contractors and arranging mutually convenient times for them to carry out work for tenants and landlords
- Gathering the required amount of quotations to submit to landlords
- Ensuring works are completed before deadline and following up all completed jobs to ensure it has been dealt with satisfactorily
- Working with the Lettings team on CP12 Gas certification and electrical requirements
About you:
You must be computer literate, have worked with a Database system previously, and have a confident telephone manner.
