About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of project management and you’ll be the primary contact for some of the agency’s top tier clients who have projects or ongoing retainers.
The role will involve:
- Delivering high quality solutions to client requirements based on agreed creative and development briefs.
- Supporting clients existing sites and systems, including investigating, troubleshooting and delegation to technical resource where required.
- Occasional assistance to the commercial team will be needed to participating in pitches to potential clients.

In this role you will work alongside other Project Managers, Project Co-ordinators and QA Test Analysts within the team. You’ll also work closely with Designers, Developers and the Commercial and Clients Services teams.
They’re seeking someone with sound technical knowledge and mindset, an all-round knowledge of web development and design so you can confidently consult and have influence in meetings internally and externally.
Key Requirements:
- The role requires you to be prompt, accurate and detailed in your responsiveness.
- This role is for someone who is highly motivated, organised and prepared with proven project management skills and experience of delivering mid-size to large projects.
- You will have strong knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g. MSC Project, DevOps, JIRA or similar) along with experience in Content Management Systems.
- A knowledge of organic, paid and social media marketing is advantageous, as are any professional qualifications.
The agency will support you through on the job training and professional development, which is planned with your line manager at regular check in meetings. They will work with you to identify areas where external training may be beneficial.
The office is located in Ipswich, a short walk from the station and easily commutable from the surrounding area and beyond, including Cambridge and London. They have recently relocated to a large modern office that has been completely refitted to their specification, to ensure it has the perfect working, meeting and recreation space. They also offer part remote working.
