The Company:
At ESM we manage the design and build of exhibition spaces to create an engaging and memorable stand for our clients and their brand. All work is undertaken in house at our Kent headquarters by our experienced team who have been working on exhibition stands and trade fairs for a number of years, bringing both expertise and the latest trends to every project.
We produce some genuinely beautiful work; working on some fantastic projects for a number of agencies, but also a large volume of work for exhibitors looking to stand out at their events predominantly in the UK.
Our staff are tremendously proud of what we do, and this is a great chance to join a team that set the highest of standards and help us further improve the service we provide to our clients.
The Position:
ESM are seeking someone who is first and foremost experienced in the carpentry and joinery trade with experience in estimating at the briefing stage to help prepare pitches and tenders to facilitate company wins with a view to maximising profit.

Someone who would enjoy becoming critical to the needs of the business in a range of areas from estimating at the sales stage to contributing to the production phase, to managing projects through to completion based on the requirements of the business at any given time.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would have a technical production management background with a solid grasp of carpentry and joinery techniques perhaps having progressed, or looking to progress from the shop floor.
They should be proficient with numbers, basic mathematics, and spreadsheets (Microsoft excel). They should be organised, a planner, with good time management and able to work to deadlines and communicate progress working against targets.
Benefits:
- 25 days holiday a year.
- Competitive salary subject to experience.

- Friendly but fast paced working environment.
- Plenty of opportunity for career growth and progression within an SME business.
