Job Role
Once you join you will work on a variety of exciting projects for their amazing clients, across a wide range of sectors from travel and leisure, commercial property to prestige brands
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Project Managers in delivering quality projects within agreed timescales. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients. A keen eye for detail and the ability to avoid potential problems are a key element in this role. Understanding your projects in depth and an ability to deal with clients confidently on a day-to-day basis are essential. You will need to share information such as reports, documentation and project progress/status with your clients and senior members of the team
Are you a clear and concise communicator, do you build rapport with ease? These skills alongside the ability to manage multiple complex work streams concurrently and prioritise effectively will give you the ability to excel in this role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Senior Project Manager by assisting in the management of projects designing, building and enhancing websites for clients
- Liaising with clients, producing reports and documentation, handling client queries and assisting with project planning, scoping and scheduling internal resources
- Work closely with their QA Test Analysts and the design and development teams but it may also be necessary to work closely with Commercial, Client Services, and Search Marketing Departments depending on clients requirements

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software especially Excel and Word
- A keen interest in digital technologies and websites
Desirable
- Experience of working in a Digital environment
- Experience of systems such as JIRA, DevOps, Teams, Content Management Systems (e.g. Kentico, WordPress)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, SCRUM & Agile Methodology
- Experience or knowledge of technologies such as HTML, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server
- Knowledge of digital marketing such as Search engine optimisation
