Due to this role being a junior/ trainee position we will require you to be based in the office a few days a week for training and job shadowing.

The Role:

In this role you will provide support to the Senior Project Manager by assisting in the management of projects designing, building, and enhancing websites for clients. This will include liaising with clients, producing reports and documentation, handling client queries and assisting with project planning, scoping and scheduling internal resources. You will work closely with our QA Test Analysts and the design and development teams, but it may also be necessary to work closely with Commercial, Client Services, and Search Marketing Departments depending on our clients’ requirements.

Once you join Crafted you will work on a variety of exciting projects for our amazing clients, across a wide range of sectors from travel and leisure (Eurotunnel), commercial property (Workspace) to prestige brands (Burgess). Some of our most recent site launches include (GPE), (Internet Watch Foundation), (FIA Foundation), and (Santas Lapland).

What we look for in a Project Coordinator:

We are seeking someone who is confident, accurate and highly professional with excellent communications both verbal and written. Someone who has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different clients and projects, understanding those projects in depth and dealing with clients confidently on a day-to-day basis.

Our office is in Ipswich, a short walk from the station and easily commutable from the surrounding area and beyond.
