Job Title: Project Administrator

We are a leading regional IT Solutions Provider and Sage Accredited Business Partner based in Hull. We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our busy Software Projects Team
Experience in an administration type role and experience talking to customers (both by phone and email) is essential.
This role will be office based; however, we can be flexible with home working and this will be offered when all training has been completed
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Preparing project Paperwork when customers sign off on new projects
- Adding projects into our internal system
- Checking all of the quotes are correct and match up to our records
- Ordering marketing materials for new customers
- Ensuring all customer paperwork has been returned in a timely manner
- Note Taking in Project Meetings
- Note taking in internal meetings
- Keeping our customer information up to date
- Helping to deliver internal projects
- Booking Project Meetings and Calls with customers
- Organising customer meetings for Account Managers
- Confirming onsite training with customers
About you:
- Previous administration experience
- Good IT skills (Microsoft 365 Suite)
- Possess good organisational, and time management skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional communication
- Self-motivated
