Job Title: Programme Manager – Justice and Emergency Services

This is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Local Public Services, based at in the Organisation’s London offices. This role profile is a guide to the work that is required but does not form part of any contract of employment and may change from time to time to reflect changing circumstances.
The programme manager is at the forefront of the Organisation’s public safety engagement across industry and stakeholders. You will be responsible for building on the strong relationships they have across the justice and emergency services eco-system, working with key players to ensure the programme delivers value to the public safety market via thought leadership and market engagement activity. You can expect to engage with senior officials from Police Forces, National Policing Programmes, Fire and Rescue Services and many other emergency services organisations across the UK, as well as industry leaders from the largest technology companies to the most innovative start-ups.
The role will require you to deliver against a range of financial and performance targets (including membership growth and retention) and working with the broader team of talented professionals, providing guidance on public safety matters to the senior management team.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience of building networks through personal relationships
- Experience of managing or supporting multiple projects
- Experience of working in, or knowledge of the technology and/or IT industry, and the technology landscape of law enforcement, policing and the emergency services
- Experience responding to public sector consultations
- Experience of event organisation
