Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Salary: Starting at £16,286 per annum + £250 – £300 a month performance bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hour week – 7am to 4pm with 2 x 30 minutes unpaid breaks)

Key Responsibilities / Function:
- To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met within the work area.
- To ensure that you follow all SOP’s and Health and Safety procedures and are flexible in your approach to training on various processes within the factory.
- To ensure that all process and equipment problems are communicated to the relevant Team Leader.
- To assist with Quest (Continuous Improvement) and 6S improvement activities within the Factory.
- Ensure effective control and usage of materials and minimise scrap.
- To ensure housekeeping duties are carried out and work area and machinery is kept at the agreed standard.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Equivalent standard to GCSE Level C or above in key subject areas (Maths, English and Science)
- Minimum of 1 year operational experience or manufacturing capability at this level.
- Ability to understand, run, interpret all operational KPI’s
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- High standards with process manufacturing computers on machines.
- Able to demonstrate high personal and professional standards.
