The role:
Working in a Small factory with 8 factory workers, the Production manager will be conducting various supervising tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Health & Safety
- Production Planning
- On-time delivery
- Cost estimates for Sales Pricing
- Stock Control
- Control of Engineering Drawings
- Control of LOLER and other Safety Certificates
The Candidate:
- Strong Individual with an analytical approach with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure with a can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
- Excellent oral communication skills and confidence in dealing with a range of people
- Embraces change and always looking for a better way

- People management
- CNC Lathes & Milling machines. Bandsaws
- Production planning
- Engineering drawings
