Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Production Operations. Take full ownership of day-to-day production activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Monitor workflows, manage resources, and coordinate with teams to meet production schedules, maintain quality standards, and achieve output targets while addressing any operational challenges promptly. - Drive Manufacturing Lean Initiatives and Promote a 5S CultureLead the implementation and sustainability of lean manufacturing principles.
Promoting a strong 5S culture to ensure a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
Identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of workplace organisation and productivity.
