Job Title: Product Support

Location: Whiteparish, near Salisbury

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 depending on skills and experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Lascar Electronics is a fast-growing international electronics business, with offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, specialising in the design and manufacture of data loggers, smart graphic displays and custom electronic products. Lascar has an ambitious growth plan to develop new products and push into new markets in order to remain at the forefront of the electronics industry.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Product Support team. The role will provide effective first-line technical product support on our expanding range of data logging products and services. You will become an expert in our hardware, software and Cloud-based services through full training which will enable you to troubleshoot products and customer systems, from individual PCs to corporate networks. The role is office based, however, there may be occasions where you will be required to visit customers to provide on-site problem solving.

About you:

You will ideally have a technical background in electronic products and experience with IT and networks. Wireless networks, cloud computing and remote troubleshooting would also be an advantage. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional manner and an interest in problem solving and learning new skills.

What we offer:
