Job Title: Product and Innovation Executive
Salary: £30k pa depending on level of experience plus standard company benefits

Job type: Full Time / permanent – 37.5 hours. Mon-Fri. 9am to 5:30pm – or as the job requires

Responsible for the product lifecycle management of current and new products and services:
- Identify client needs for new services and analyse competitor services and pricing
- Assist with the development of business cases, financial modelling & service design
- Organise trials of new services or significant alterations to existing services
- Help the team manage the internal and external launch process with go-to-market functions, including marketing, sales, operations and client support, to ensure successful and timely product launches
- Review ongoing product feature sets, pricing and profitability
- Provide management reporting, analysis and recommendations by product/ service area
- Manage the product development and change implementation process. Work with all relevant functions and manage the update of processes/ systems
Skills and experience sought:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or relevant commercial experience
- This is an entry level role for someone who wants to build a career in product management in the environmental services sector. Core product management skills will be learned through working in the team
- A creative but pragmatic approach to approaching tasks
- Excellent analytical skills
- Well organised, you will be able to manage your time to ensure work is completed on time
- Good people skills. Success in the role will depend on being able to interact with a wide variety of people both inside and outside of the company
- Competence with standard MS Office tools
