Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Coordinator will assist the procurement department in both procurement and stores related needs, including stock control and purchasing for project demands and general Correll business, whilst taking into account price, quality and supply times to meet and exceed budgets and deadlines.
To be the go-between for the procurement and warehousing departments, resolving any issues/queries with goods ordered and received, liaising with all team members to ensure a smooth process in the procurement life cycle.
Supporting of Correll procurement procedures and ensuring that they are followed by all.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Procurement – desirable
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage
- Analytical and keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Right to Work in the UK
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting with internal stock control and project equipment issue by maintaining spreadsheets
- Keeping relevant data up to date within the production planning & inventory control system (SAGE)
- Creating stock codes for new items/equipment purchased
- Sending out RFQ’s based on requisitions received
- Creating PO’s based on quotations returned
- Expediting orders
- GR of deliveries
- Invoice queries
- Stock taking when required
- Picking and packing during exceptionally busy periods
