About the role:
Our growing plastics division require an enthusiastic and experienced leader to supervise its processing department of twelve employees. With focus on safety, performance and quality this role provides an excellent opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, plant and equipment.

The role overview:
- Responsible for day to day running of Injection Moulding, Blow Mould and Extrusion departments. Experience of some of these processes is essential.
- Allocation of labour against the production plan
- Generate and maintain departmental KPI’s
- Ensure all equipment is processing efficiently
- Ensure the products being produced are to agreed standards and production plan
- Attend and lead team shift meetings
