The Role:
Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the VP of Research and Development the position’s main responsibility is to manage and develop a high functioning engineering team (currently of six), ensuring that systems and processes are not only followed but improved upon to drive the company forward.
The role requires creativity for new solutions and fresh approaches to old problems and in will be able to see the full development process, including manufacturing and in-house testing.
The Candidate:
Ideal candidate would have demonstrable experience in a similar role, qualified to master’s level in a mechanical Engineering discipline with experience in elastomers advantageous but not necessary. Must be chartered (or able to apply for chartership) and have proven track record of design and development.
