Job Title: Pricing and Systems Co-ordinator

Location: Chester (CH4 9QT) or Crawley (RH10 9LW)

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (up to 12 months)

We are looking to recruit a Pricing and Systems Co-ordinator to join our friendly team based either on Chester Business Park or Manor Royal Business Quarter. This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months offering a fantastic working environment and excellent staff benefits. The Role:

This position is responsible for setting the prices of the hearing aids that we manufacture and then sell to key accounts and high street hearing aid retailers. This role sits within the finance team however you will work in close conjunction with the Sales and Marketing teams across 2 different brands to ensure we offer our customers the best prices whilst also achieving budget for the group. The role will also investigate system issues with pricing as they arise, across both brands.

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage pricing set up on both brands
  • To regularly review pricing with sales managers for volume commitment vs actual orders
  • To review systems for process improvements
  • Investigate pricing issues. Adjust system and issue credit notes as required
  • Work with Sales around promotions and system functionality
  • Attend monthly pricing meeting with Brand Managers
  • To review pricing at least six monthly with sales managers to review progression and price level vs volume commitment

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience with high level of accuracy of data.
  • Computer literate especially Excel
  • Good with handling different systems
  • Accuracy and methodical work practices

This position can be based in Chester or Crawley however will involve travel and an overnight stay to the other site at least every 6 weeks – fully expensed of course.
