Job Title: PR & Marketing Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum + Pension + 28 holidays

The company are currently welcoming applications from ambitious and well-qualified self-starters to plan to advertise campaigns, work with the marketing and sales team to create promotions and enhance the online presence of the products. You’ll be reporting to the Sales Director while maintaining close interaction and liaison with the Marketing and Sales teams as well as a range of other business functions.

Key duties:
- Prepare and reviewing advertising and promotional materials
- Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
- Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff as well as office-based staff and customers
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine the cost-effectiveness of promotion campaigns
About you:
- You must have previously worked in a similar role for 4+ years
- A strong track record of writing, designing, and coordinating content, promotional material across a range of channels
- Product/category management experience
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, look at current climate and competition
- Be able to demonstrate a strong engaging copy-writing ability
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to multitask various projects simultaneously
- Thorough understanding of all social channels
