Job Title: Plumber / Bathroom Fitter

Salary: £160 – £220 per day, dependent on experience and speed of work

Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family-run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South London & Surrey.
The Role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced plumber to carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs, bathroom refurbishments, tiling etc.
Requirements:
- Own transport & tools
- Bathroom fitting, tiling and plumbing experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to send daily email updates and photos to the office is essential
- UTR Number
- Friendly & flexible attitude
- References
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have a wealth of plumbing experience as leak investigations are a large part of the reactive call-outs we carry out
- Preferred( but not essential) unvented cylinders
- SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects in Surrey/South London locations
- Preferred 10 years experience in bathroom plumbing, tiling and fitting
- Lives Local to Wallington area(10 miles radius)
