Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Executive / Solicitor (Employers Liability)

The Company is a top 200 Law firm that specialises in personal injury including: public liability, occupier’s liability, employer’s liability and road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters.

Six of their Partners are members of the Law Society Specialist Personal Injury Panel and one of their Partners is a member of the Law Society Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.

They are currently looking for candidates with a minimum of one years’ experience (non-qualified or qualified.) They would also consider Newly Qualified Solicitors, who have done majority of their training contracts in personal injury. Applicants must have demonstrable experience of running their own litigated caseload. They would also expect candidates to have a proven billing track record. The candidate must have experiences of dealing with portal and non-portal cases.

- Salary & Commission – £24,000 upwards, depending on experience, with a generous commission structure paid monthly
