Job Title: RTA Portal Submission Fee Earner

They are currently looking for an RTA Portal Fee Earner to join their Road Traffic Accidents department. This role will be handling stages 2 and 3 of the portal, and candidates must have experience in dealing with these stages. You will be dealing with a caseload of excellent quality work from non CMC sources.

What they’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience running own RTA Portal caseload, with proven billing record
- Experience of dealing with stages 1 to 3 of the portal
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system would be advantageous
- Tenacious & enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to utilise the same to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
- A focus on exiting cases from the portal both as a result of mandatory automatic exit points, and as a result of case management and tactical considerations
What can they offer you?
- Salary & Commission – £19,000, with a generous commission structure paid monthly, focused on cases which exit the portal process, but which also pays commission on settled cases
- 20 days holiday, rising 1 day per year to a max of 23 days, plus bank/public hols. In addition, the office is closed between Christmas and New Year and you are not required to use your holiday entitlement for this period
- 3 holiday buy backs per year after 1 year of service
