Job Title: PA & Branch Administrator
Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 per annum
Based: Reading
Position: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
Provides support to Managing Director with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, human resources, and meetings. Taking the responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Organise and Coordinate needs of Training Academy and branch needs
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
- Maintain office correspondence, including franking and receiving post, crafting routine electronic correspondence
- Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
- Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management and trainer
- Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Organise media appearances and events
- Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
- Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, sales, and PR
- Help Managing Director prepare and deliver monthly report
The ideal Candidate will have/be:
- Executive Support Experience is essential
- Strong Administration & Organisation Skills
- Clear Communication Skills and must maintain professionalism at all times
- Multi-tasking is essential this is start-up venture must be able to show initiative
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages 365 essential
- Able to use your own discretion and willingness to adapt is desirable
