The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join our busy People Team. We are seeking someone who has also had exposure to payroll to support upcoming maternity cover.
Working as part of the Group People function, you will provide effective administrative support relating to the employee life cycle and the associated people related processes and activities.
The team provide all related people services for 500 employees across five businesses, which also includes responsibility for CSR and social activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in HR through academic and work placed development.
Ideal Candidate
- Previously worked to support a busy, fast paced and energetic People function, which includes payroll.
- Experience with Open People and ActinTime would be desirable
- Able to prioritise and take the lead on administration tasks
- Able to cover payroll for maternity and holiday periods
- Highly proactive with excellent attention to detail and used to multi-tasking
